The only personal information we collect on this website is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the type of work you need, your message, and the names of any files you mention. We use it for one purpose, which is to reply to your enquiry and quote on the work. We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone else.
Giving us this information is entirely voluntary. If you would rather not fill in a form, phone or WhatsApp us on 073 803 9695 instead.
The file selector on our form does not upload your documents. Only the file names reach us, so that we know to ask you to send the actual plans or photos by email or WhatsApp.
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email service based in the United States, which means your enquiry crosses the South African border in transit. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. Both hold your information only to deliver and serve the site, under their own terms.
We embed a Google Map on the contact section, and we load fonts from Google. When those load, Google receives your IP address as part of the request. We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job or for our records, and then delete them. If your enquiry does not become a job, we do not need it indefinitely.
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to us using it.
